When we think of career change, we think of what we’d like to do different and make that move to do it. however, it doesn’t work that way. Career change may be something we didn’t anticipate and we didn’t ask for. Middle-aged men are especially prone to this change. Women are prone to this non-optional career change too. Technology and automation affect women in the workforce.
No matter how that career change comes, whether voluntary or forced on us, there are tips that help make the transition more productive. Accept that we will have at least one career change or many in the course of our lives. Should you laid off or fired, what you don’t want is to make a career change that doesn’t really fit your quality. Keeping updated with the latest trend in technology and the latest gadget will help keep your marketability up. Great speaking skills and knowledge of basic computer softwares like word, excel can be valuable to you. Networking outside your workplace can be helpful with your career change.

there are to many career path to choose from like working as an engineer that is more on computation for structures, space, chemicals, and etc. there are also engineer that works with machineries like computer, industrial machines and etc., as a lawyer that is focus on law and constitution, as a doctor or health care professionals that deals with patient or client who might need health care services, as an Information Technology or Computer Science Professional that deals with computer systems like company program management, network technician, system administrator or computer technician as well, as an business administrator who focus more on financial management or business and marketing, like those manager, management trainee, and etc., and lastly as a teacher that focus on teaching but i consider teaching as a vocation because all of the other careers are not applicable if there are no teacher that will teach different subjects.

Childcare workers need to be energetic, fun, and patient because they provide help to kids gain new skills and learn how to get along with others. Childcare workers conducts activities such as playing educational games, reading, arts and crafts, and rest time.
Childcare workers spend most of their day with children and they also write notes about what children do and the problems children have and to tell their parents or guardians. Workers need to have patience in taking care of children who have different needs and must consider every individual’s uniqueness.

Systems Analyst figure out how to use computers to get things done. They tell businesses and other organizations which computers and software to buy and provide information on how to get those tools to work together.
Computer systems analysts start their work by asking people what they need their computers to do and plan a computer system that can do those tasks well. After understanding what the system needs to do, they break down the task into small steps. Analysts experiment with different computer system plans and they try various tools and steps until they find the system that is fastest, easiest, and least expensive.
The main job for some systems analysts is getting computers to work together and get information from one computer to another. They work long hours to get a project done on time.

Social workers help people cope with their problems and maximize their potentials and capacities to the optimum level in making their lives better. They work with all types of people who are homeless, sick, having family problems, or students who are having trouble in school.
One of the ways social workers help is by finding resources and linking these to people in need.
Some social workers conduct research on what kinds of help people need. Then provide programs and services to alleviate social dysfunctioning of either an individual, groups or communities. They focus on social problems that greatly affect individual’s coping ability to the demands of the environment.
Most social workers spend the day in an office, some travel to where the people they help residing and they even work in the evening or on weekends. Social Workers love their work, a noble profession only a few understands.

Computer software workers combine printed material, numbers, pictures, and charts to prepare publications. They use pictures or drawings and converting them to digital pictures and make graphics, writing correct text to go with it. They design page layouts and develop presentations and prepares some material for the Internet.
Desktop publishers often perform editing and writing tasks as well as page layout and design to ensure that the things they make are beautifully presented in the internet. They use scanners wherein images can be added directly into electronic page layouts with the use of computer software.
Company employing these workers, uses different titles describing their unique job. They may be called publications specialists, electronic publishers, DTP operators, or desktop-publishing editors, electronic prepress technician, electronic-publishing specialist, image designer, typographer, compositor, layout artist, or web publications designer.
They spend many hours in front of a computer monitor and usually work an 8-hour day, 5 days a week. Desktop publishers may have to work under short deadlines and have to work nights, weekends, and holidays just to meet these deadlines.

The Internet and electronic commerce (e-commerce) generate lots of data as it store information on customers, inventory, and projects are found in nearly every industry. Data must be stored, organized, and managed and it is the work of a Database Administrator to find ways to do this.
They identify user needs and set up computer databases to ensure that system perform as they should and add people to the system as needed. Database administrators often plan security measures to protect data integrity and backup critical parts of the job.
Database administrators work in offices or labs and usually work about 40 hours a week,
like other workers who spend long periods in front of a computer, database administrators can suffer eyestrain, back discomfort, and hand and wrist problems.
